After several releases exploring the more techno side of their musical spectrum, Ovum now return to deep house territory with a truly deep release from John Wicks (who co-produced the Sylk 130 album 'When The Funk Hits The Fan'), aka Range of Motion. Clocking in at what must be around 120 bpm's, this is smooth, sexy and dripping with blues-filled emotion. The vocals of Tanja Dixon are as sensual as you'll get and the raw, minimal construction of the track give the sax and piano parts some extra special potency. There's a dub on the flip and more mixes to come from Josh Wink, so watch out, this is a corker.
